Requests and seats.

A request asks for one seat, for you, at one Vellor Collective gathering. Each seat is for one person; anyone you would like to bring is welcome to send a request of their own. Sending a request does not hold a seat or commit you to anything.

If there is a seat for you, your invitation arrives by email with a link to confirm it. From that moment the seat is held in your name for two hours. If it is not paid for in that time, the seat goes back to the table and nothing is charged.

An invitation is for the person it is addressed to and cannot be passed on, or moved to another date without asking us first.

Payments are taken in naira through Bachs, in full, by card or bank transfer. There are no deposits. We never see or store your card details.

Your seat is confirmed only when the payment has actually reached us, which is when you receive a confirmation email with the time and the address. Returning from the payment page is not by itself a confirmation.

If a payment reaches us after your hold has ended and the seat has gone, we will contact you to return it. If a gathering is cancelled by us, you are refunded in full.
