What we keep, and why.

When you request an invitation we ask for your name and your email address, and which evening you would like. You may also give us your WhatsApp number and your Instagram name, and tell us how you heard about Vellor, who introduced you, and what brings you to the table.

If your request is approved, we record the seat held for you, what you paid and when.

We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

A request is read by our hosts, and only by them, to decide who is invited to each evening and to put names on the cards at the table. If there is a seat for you, your invitation arrives by email with a link to confirm it. If there is not, we keep your request so that you hear about the next table first.

A confirmed seat is kept to seat you, to send your confirmation with the time and the address, and to reach you if something changes about the evening. Your WhatsApp number, if you give it, is used only to reach you about your request or your seat.

Requests and bookings are stored in our own database. When you are invited, your email address and the amount are passed to Bachs, who take the payment, and your email address to Resend, who deliver your invitation and your confirmation. Nobody else receives any of it, and none of it is sold or used for advertising.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie the site sets keeps the Vellor team signed in to their own dashboard.

Write to us and we will delete your details, other than what we are required to keep as a record of a payment.
